Terms for Using Our Website

General information about this site

Home Buyers of Fresno provides this website for general information. The site is supplied as is, and its content is not legal, tax or financial advice. We are not a real estate agent or broker. Information on these pages describes our service and does not replace advice about your individual circumstances.

Treat the website's explanations as general information when considering your property request. Reading a page or submitting your contact details does not create a written purchase agreement. The buyer and seller use a written purchase agreement to set the terms of a sale.

Offers come from the local buyer

Any offer for your property comes from our local buyer. Website information and an inquiry do not bind either party to a property transaction. An offer becomes binding only when both sides sign a written purchase agreement.

We do not promise that a sale will happen, what the price will be or when a transaction will take place. The website cannot establish those terms for your property. Review the written purchase agreement to understand the terms that you and the buyer are signing.

Information and consent when you contact us

We collect the details you submit so we can reply and pass your request to one local buyer. Only the name, phone number, email and property address you agreed to share are passed to that buyer. Your details go only to the one local buyer you agree to be connected with.

Contact about your request by phone, text or email requires your consent through the form checkbox or your agreement on a call. Calls are answered by a virtual assistant and are recorded and transcribed. Reply STOP to end texts, or ask us to end calls or emails. Our privacy policy explains information collection and privacy requests.

You can email [email protected] or call us to ask what information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or opt out. State privacy rights apply where the laws cover our service. These contact options let you make a request about your personal information.
